My Account
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  For a standard case of 12 quarts of oil, the shipping charge is generally $15-$20.  Please use the shipping calculator in the cart to get an exact cost.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Under the last item in your cart, but above the total, is an area where you can indicate your state and zip code.  After entering your information click on the recalculate button under the total.  The Shipping area will change into a drop down box that lists the different forms of UPS shipping available and the cost of each.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.  If you purchase Anonymously, you will not be able to sign back in as no password was ever setup.  Contact us at (888) 394-0983 or email us at and we can switch your account type and send you a temporary password.
How do I return my product?
  We want to make our customers happy with their purchases.  If you have an issue or would like to return a product, please contact us at or by phone at (888) 394-0983.  Please click here for more information on returning an item.
I received the wrong product.
  We strive to be the best, but sometimes we do make mistakes.  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at or call us at (888) 394-0983.

When will my order ship?
  We ship Monday through Friday at 3PM CST except holidays. If your order is placed before 3PM CST, it will generally ship out that day. If your order is not going to ship within a reasonable amount of time, we will contact you by phone or email (probably both). 

 After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
